Would  you  or your friends like to enjoy a 3 night coastal break in our luxury beachfront houses at Ferryside Beach, and spend time "hands on" with Guy Lamble - Head Chef and owner of Pryd O Fwyd. ?

Pryd is an acclaimed Ferryside restaurant.

Guy has been a chef for nearly 25 years - training,

and running sections in the kitchen of Clarridges

and the Savoy, before taking on positions as

Head Chef and Executive Chef in restaurants

across the country.

How about enhancing your culinary skills by preparing and cooking some

great dishes, using plenty of locally sourced ingredients, learning how to present your plates in creative ways, plus pick up great tips from Guy

on all aspects of the dining experience !

Below is an idea of the itinerary for the 3 night Coastal Cuisine experience.

We aim to make this a fun, relaxed event with plenty of time to enjoy the food, and to socialise and maybe make new friends !

Pre -booking essential to reserve your places on what will be a very popular event.

Please confirm any dietary requests or food allergies when booking 

(ideally if you can get together a group of 4 or 6 friends you can participate

as a group and stay in one of the houses that sleeps 6, or if we get 2 groups of 4 persons, it will be 2 separate houses).

*Even if you wish to come as a couple, please book and you can share a 3 bed house with another couple .



Day 1.... Welcome evening/ Meet and greet with

               Guy Lamble.

               pre dinner drinks and canapè, plus 3 course                             dinner at Pryd.

              split into 2 groups of "Chefs"

Day 2.... either meat, fish or vegan menu 
               group 1 in kitchen and group 2 away
               ( Free time to explore local area).

               Group 1 In kitchen, prepare,taste and execute                           full menu to the Group 2      
Day 3..... vice versa, then followed by 
                Group discussion, Certificate  
                Award for best team and 
                A glass of Prossecco to end 
                The Experience.

Based on a Monday - Thursday stay

depart Thursday morning by 10.30am.

The luxury accommodation is walking distance

to Pryd restaurant. ( 250mts). or you may drive there and park outside.
